How to apply

Step 1 - Your application
Email us your completed application form with the following support documents:
• a photocopy of your valid passport (the page with personal information);
• one recent passport-sized photo (JPG file);
• a copy of your highest academic certificate One recent passport size photo (JPG file);
• a copy of your HSK certificate (if applicable).

Step 2 - Application fee
Upon receipt of all your correct documents, we will email you an invoice for the application fee . The application fee is not refundable and non-transferrable. If you decide to change course after a place on your originally chosen course is offered, you will need to pay the application fee again.
Pay the application fee through Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Note: Tuition fees are paid directly to the university as per their Tuition Payment instructions .

Step 3 - Offer
Upon confirmation from Jiao Tong University that a place on your chosen course has been offered, an information pack will be sent to you for your visa application. Tuition and accommodation fees are to be settled with Jiao Tong University directly as per their Tuition Payment instructions.

Step 4 - Apply for your visa, book flights and start your adventure.

Visas

Business visa (F) for studying in China for less than 180 days.
Student visa (X) for studying in China for more than 180 days.
Tourist visa (L) for a visit to China of less than 30 days.  This can be changed to an F or an X visa in China after your registration with the Chinese university.
